What appears to be the major cranial fossae of a very small individual indeed, moulded in enamel painted sterling silver and equipped with a Turtledove bone fob. Perfect for wearing through the buttonholes on your lapels. Personally, I get my tailor to add buttonholes to my garments so I can wear this piece where I like.
