Full Skull Buttonhole Accessory
DESCRIPTION
What appears to be the skull of a very small individual indeed. Moulded in sterling silver and equipped with two Turtledove bone fobs. Perfect for wearing through the buttonholes on your lapels. Personally, I get my tailor to add buttonholes to my garments so I can wear this piece where I like.
